Super Bowl hero James White just signed a brand new extension with the New England Patriots.
White ran into our hearts after running into the end zone on three occasions in Super Bowl 51. It was an unbelievable game for the third year pro after a solid season. White did not see much time his rookie year, but filled in nicely last season after Dion Lewis went down and caught 40 balls for 410 yards. He followed that up with a great season and caught 60 balls for 551 yards and five touchdowns. He also carried the rock for 166 yards. He then followed up the season with one of the greatest Super Bowl performances ever. White had six carries for 29 yards and two touch downs, the second one being the game winning over time touchdown, and also broke a Super Bowl record with 14 receptions and racked up 110 yards and a touchdown.
The contract extension keeps James White on the Patriots for another three years.
