A week worth of college basketball conference tournaments is about to start as most conferences will hold big events to determine who will be in the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
Eight contenders will become four semifinalists after the last college football games of the regular season this weekend.
In the world of college football, teams not only have to win, but they have to win big to prove their greatness (or lack thereof).
There are three weeks left before we find out who the four college football teams are that will make the playoffs.  While the list of contenders is dwindling every week, there are still many questions that will be answered during the last couple weeks of November.
On “Separation Saturday”, some contenders become pretenders, and some teams made statements that their initial CFP rankings were inaccurate.  But there are still tons of questions, and a committee of 12 that is guessing who will make the playoffs in less than a month.
The first release of the College Football Playoff Rankings occurred on Tuesday night, and already there is plenty of discussion revolving around who is in the Top 4 and who is on the outside looking in.
At first glance, last week’s slate of college football games looked pedestrian.  There was only one matchup of Top 25 teams - #15 Texas A&M at #24 Ole Miss – and many of the top teams were either playing subpar opponents or had the week off.
Three Top 12 games, including one with an in-state rival that will have huge title impications, are part of the college football schedule for October 17, 2015.
Ahhh October… when the leaves are changing colors, the nights are getting cooler and longer, and college football starts getting absolutely crazy.
Who is ready for another exciting week of college football?  I know I am!  We have two marquee matchups between Top 13 teams this week, with Georgia hosting Alabama and Notre Dame taking on Clemson in the primetime game.  Here is what you need to know about those games, and…
