Lauren Campbell

Lauren Campbell is a beat writer for the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins at CLNS Radio. Currently, Lauren is also an account manager for Suburban Glass & Mirror.

Lauren studied at Framingham State University where she is a 2015 graduate with a degree in English and a concentration in journalism. She was the sports editor for the Universtiy's student newspaper, the Gatepost.

Before joining CLNS, Lauren interned at Comcast Sports Net New England, as well as the Medfield and Westwood Press newspapers.

Additionally, Lauren has been a freelance production assistant with MLB and NFL Network, and assisted in pre and post-game set up during the 2013 World Series at Fenway Park. She has also worked for ESPN and MLB International.

Lauren has been a lifetime die-hard Red Sox fan and is a baseball enthusiast.

Bruins Place Anton Khudobin on Waivers

The Boston Bruins announced today that they have placed back-up goalie Anton Khudobin on waivers.

The Boston Bruins (18-15-4) traveled to Bufaflo to take on the Sabres (13-13-8) in hopes to stop their two-game losing streak. 

The Boston Bruins traveled to take on the Florida Panthers before their Christmas break.

Three pitchers who all pitched for the Sox last year will no longer be with the team as they signed contracts elsewhere.

The Boston Bruins (16-12-3) were looking to get back in the win column at home against the Anaheim Ducks (15-10-5).

The Boston Bruins (16-12-2) looked to snap the six-game winning streak of the Pittsburgh Penguins (19-7-3).

Red Sox Pick up John Farrell's Option for 2018

John Farrell will be the manager of the Boston Red Sox beyond the 2017 season.

The Boston Bruins (12-10-1) welcomed the Carolina Hurricanes (9-9-4) to the TD Garden ice on Thursday in hopes to get back in the win column.

The Bruins went 1-3 through their last four games and lost their captain Zdeno Chara to a lower-body injury. However, they did welcome Anton Khudobin back, who made his first start in net since going down with an injury last month. The team scored eight goals last week and were only outscored by their opponents by two goals.

The Boston Bruins split their only two games last week, going 1-1 against the Minnesota Wild and Winnipeg Jets.
