Lack of Offense Ruins Fister's First Start as Red Sox Lose 4-2 to Angels

Parker Bridwell silenced Red Sox' bats on Sunday afternoon.

Doug Fister tossed a quality start, pitching into the seventh inning in his Red Sox debut, but his offense failed to support him in a 4-2 loss on Sunday afternoon. Angels' pitching allowed just two solo homers to earn a series win over the Sox, who scored just five runs combined in their last two games.
