The Boston Bruins struggles in Washington continue as they proved to be too much for the Bruins to handle. The Bruins win streak was snapped and Tuukka Rask allowed 5 goals on 22 shots in defeat. Brad Marchand remains red hot on the offensive side for the Bruins.

The Boston Bruins get back into the win column after losing the past two games. Tuukka Rask earned his fourth shutout of the season turning aside all 18 of the Kings shots. Jimmy Hayes scored his second goal of the season for Boston.
