The big story heading into Celtics Media Day on Monday was obviously the broken left hand of Rajon Rondo. It has been determined that Rondo could be out anywhere from 6-10 weeks after having surgery on Friday morning. What has not been determined is who the starting point guard will be during Rondo’s absence.

I had this whole column planned out.  I was going to crush the Red Sox for giving up Jon Lester for a pile of prospects that we would all have to look up online to figure out who they are.  Then we took a Yoenis Cespedes fastball down the pipe that nobody saw coming.

As most teams are still getting a look at their new personnel in the Las Vegas Summer League, the Boston Celtics already found some of the answers they were looking for.
