Red Sox hang on to 5-4 win over Yankees, move to within a game of first place in AL East

Written by

The Boston Red Sox move to within a game of first place as they are able to hang on to a 5-4 victory over the New York Yankees. Mitch Moreland and Hanley Ramirez go back to back and Andrew Benintendi goes yard as well. Craig Kimbrel strikes out five as he records the four out save to preserve the victory.
