He was drafted by the Giants in the 1st round in the 2000 amateur draft where he was selected 21st overall. Boof recently signed a minor league deal with the Indians and we hope to see him in the majors again real soon.  1) What was it like to grow up in Florida and were you heavily scouted during high school? 1. It was great, Florida is the best place to live. I was scouted pretty good. 2) When you got drafted out of high school what was your initial reaction? Also who from the Giants gave you the call that you got drafted in the first round? 2. It was crazy.  People told me I would get drafted but I didn't believe it until it happen. I don't remember it's been so long ago.3) For the readers of the interview can you tell us your arsenal of pitches. 3. I throw 4 pitches. Fastball, curve, slider and change up. 4) When you stepped on to the mound for the first time with the Minnesota Twins describe that feeling of finally making it to the big leagues. 4. My first game was crazy, I started vs the brewers. I was so nervous, but there was a lot of twins fans there so it made great5) How did you choose Larry Reynolds as an agent? 5. Just sat down talked with him and ask other guy who he represented to. Just to see what he was about. 6) What's your plans after baseball? 6. I don't know yet.
