Kelly Olynyk Named To 2014 NBA All-Rookie Second Team

Boston Celtics' Kelly Olynyk gets all-rookie nod.  

Kelly Olynyk becomes the ninth rookie in Boston Celtics history to be slotted into the NBA All-Rookie second team. 

Olynyk joins Milwaukee Bucks' Giannis Antetokoumpo, Minnesota Timberwolves' Gorgui Dieng, Charlotte Hornets' Cody Zeller and Oklahoma City Thunder's Steven Adams. Phil Pressey received two votes when it was all said and done. 

Names on the first-team include Philadelphia 76ers' Michael Carter-Williams, Orlando Magic's Victor Oladipo, Utah Jazz's Trey Burke, Brooklyn Nets' Mason Plumlee and New York Knicks' Tim Hardaway Jr. 

The 7-footer posted 8.7 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 20 minutes of play per game in the 2013-14 season.
