Garden Report: Green and Randolph Can't Save Celtics from Cavaliers

Written by

Without Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, Jeff Green and Shavlik Randolph tried to shoulder the load and lead the Celtics to victory. To no avail, as they fell to the Cavaliers 97-91.

Randolph had a career-high 16 points to go along with seven rebounds (and six fouls) and Jeff Green continued his hot streak with 23 points on 8-13 shooting, but the Cavaliers forward Tristan Thompson proved to be too much for the Celtics as he nailed a career-high 29 points and 17 rebounds.

Jared Weiss, Jimmy Toscano, Evans Clinchy and special guest Nick Gelso break down the Celtics loss.

Lucas Parolin

Born and raised in Brazil, Lucas first got a taste of basketball when he moved to Minnesota and watched the Timberwolves play in the Target Center. His idol back then? None other than the great Kevin Garnett. It was faith that sent him to Boston, to keep watching the Big Ticket night in and night out. Now, he is the proud video producer for CLNS Radio, bringing you all the video content from the Celtics locker room as well as Three at the Buzzer and the Garden Report.
