Report: Boston Celtics Held Workout for Rodrigue Beaubois

Written by

Rodrigue Beaubois has been out of the league for about a year now, but that won't stop the Boston Celtics from calling.

Beaubois, who last played for the Dallas Mavericks in the 2012-13 season, worked out for the Celtics on Tuesday, according to a league source who told CSNNW. The source also added he performed "a strong showing."

The 2009 first-round pick has been held out from play since the 2012-13 season due to a broken left hand for the third time. He has fully recovered from the surgery and is ready to play.

Beaubois nets 7.1 points, 2.1 assists and shoots 44-percent from the field per game over the course of his four-year career.
