WHAT TO WATCH FORJerryd Bayless' debut: The Celtics newest player is active and ready to go, and oddly enough he'll be wearing Courtney Lee's old number, 11. Boston's best chance for a win on this west coast swing: Things don't get any easier after tonight for the C's, who travel to L.A. to face the Clippers on Wednesday, then play back to back at Golden State and Portland on Saturday and Sunday. Nuggets hot offense: In their modest two game winning streak Denver has scored a total of 248 points, while shooting 53.6% from the field.
NOTESOn Sunday the Celtics allowed a season high 119 points vs. the Thunder, while the Nuggets scored a season high 137 themselves vs. the Lakers. Boston has yet to win a road game this year against a Western Conference team (0-5).
With the Celtics in a free fall and no end in sight, I'd like to think they can rally and find a way to grab a win tonight in Denver. Unfortunately I just don't see it happening.
