The Boston Celtics will head to Minnesota to face the Timberwolves after a loss against the Portland Trail Blazers last night  in Boston. On a two game losing streak, the Celtics look to regain confidence against the Wolves, who are trying to avoid a two game losing streak, as they lost yesterday against the Denver Nuggets.

Offense, anyone? The Timberwolves are second in the league in points per game with 108.7 points while the Celtics 23rd in the league with 94.8 points. The C's have to generate some offense if they want to beat Minnesota tonight.  Minnesota is also beating Boston in rebounding; Minnesota is 7th in the league while Boston is 26th. Though the Celtics may not be able to beat the Wolves in the rebounding game, they can certainly limit Minnesota's second-chance points from offensive rebounds. Finish the quarter. Minus the first quarter, the Celtics started well in each quarter last night against the Trail Blazers; however, they were unable to close out, which ultimately led to the loss. The Celtics have to play well all 12 minutes of each quarter if they expect to win this season. Starters. Boston's starting lineup has to do a better job of setting the pace for the team. Last night, the starting five shot 14-for-42 last night. We want the new Crawford back! In Monday's win against the Orlando Magic, Jordan Crawford displayed a new and improved, pass-first, shoot later side of himself. Since that win, the pass-first Crawford has been M.I.A. Crawford has to go back to facilitating and less scoring.

Boston Off Rtg: 101 (23rd) Def Rtg: 103.2 (10th) Pace: 93.9 (16th) Minnesota Off Rtg: 108 (5th) Def Rtg: 100.8 (6th) Pace: 99.6 (1st)

Minnesota is beating Boston in points per game, rebounds, and assists, and they will beat Boston tonight.

Minnesota Timberwolves 105,  Boston Celtics 94
