It's "the something's got to give game" this evening, with the only two 0-4 teams in the league taking the floor against each other.  Boston is coming off a 95-88 loss at Memphis on Monday, while Utah fell 104-88 in Brooklyn last night.

Bulldog reunion: Jazz forward Gordon Hayward was the star player on Brad Steven's first Final Four team with Butler in 2010.  There's also ongoing rumors that Boston may eventually try to acquire Hayward. Where is Kris Humphries?: Since playing 21 solid minutes in the opener (3-4 FG, 8 PTS, 9 REB, 2 BLK) when fellow power forward Jared Sullinger was suspended, the $12 million man has received three straight DNP-CD's.  Time to give an actual ball handler a try?: The Celtics are averaging a brutal 21 turnovers per game.  The only true point guard on the roster (with Rajon Rondo out), Phil Pressey, has logged just 4 minutes all season, and none since opening night.  Maybe it's worth giving the undrafted rookie a look?

Despite being 0-4, the Celtics have held a lead in the 4th quarter of every game they've played.  In fact, through 3 quarters they are outscoring their opponents 284-271.  However, they've collapsed down the stretch on each occasion, getting beaten by a combined 109-66 in the final period.  Other than posting 14 points at home against the Bucks, starting shooting guard Gerald Wallace has scored just 8 points in 104 minutes this season.

There's no good reason why the Celtics shouldn't get a W tonight.  They're matched up with an equal to less talented team at home, and are hungry for their first victory.  Not to mention this is the second night of road back-to-backs for Utah.  If Boston is going to continue claiming they aren't tanking, this is a must win game.

Boston Celtics 95, Utah Jazz 86
