On Monday, it was announced that Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobs and former Bruins player Mark Recchi will be elected into the Hockey Hall of Fame. 
Brad Marchand was named to the 2017 NHL First All-Star Team after collecting 39 goals this past season. 
The NHL released the entire 2017-18 schedule on Thursday afternoon. 
The Boston Bruins lost a valuable piece of their defensive core when they put former Bruins D Colin Miller on the unprotected list on Sunday. As a result, the Las Vegas Golden Knights selected Miller in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft Wednesday night.
