On Wednesday, the Bruins signed Noel Acciari to a two-year, one-way deal.

The black and gold locked up Rhode Island native Noel Acciari on Wednesday, signing him to a two-year , one-way contract worth $1.45 million. This breaks down to $725,000 per season.

The forward played in 29 games last season for the B's, netting two goals. Acciari has appeared in 49 games over the last two seasons.

He skated in 30 games for the Providence Bruins in 2016-17, collecting six goals and eight assists with 11 penalty minutes and a plus-8 rating.

Acciari did prove to be helpful for the B's during the playoffs where he averaged 19:03 in ice time over four games. He had one goal during those four games and had a potential game-winning goal waved off after review.

The 25-year-old averaged 5.5 hits-per-game - the second-most on the team.
